Connection Point Newsletter
February 3, 2023
Greetings from Pastor John
Hi Church,
We are finishing up our series on the church this week. We will be talking about our value, “Next” where we are looking at what it means for us to follow Christ into whatever it is He has for us. We will be looking at the Great Commission in Matthew 28 where Christ calls us to the ends of the earth to make disciples.
The next series will be on the book of Romans. We will go through the New Testament book to look at how Paul, the writer, looks at faith and how God is calling us to grow in Faith as we discover the book.
See you Sunday,
John

Family Discussion Starters
•How did the people know that God’s glory was in the temple?
•Where do you like to meet with and talk to God?
Because we know that God dwells with us in Jesus Christ, we live in devotion and obedience to God so that the original purpose of the temple can be fulfilled: the people of the earth will know our God is King.
• HEAD: How does the presence of God with Israel at the temple give you hope for your future with God?
• HEART: What are some ways you can grow stronger in your belief in and understanding of God’s great love for you?
• HANDS: How will you live as “a temple of the living God” before those who don’t know Jesus? How might non-Christians see and experience the grace and mercy of Jesus by the way you live?
Please bring all donations to church by February 10th at noon
