Select the correct student in the dropdown. Click on the blue links and fill out the forms. When you are done click on submit. Pay the fee and you are fully registered. You will be contacted if your physical is not valid. You don’t want to miss playing time because of an expired physical so please check your date!!

If you registered for a Fall or winter sport and completed the forms and returned them – you do NOT need to do it again. Once per year is all we need them. If this is your first sport season this year you will need to complete and return the forms.
