Being physically active for at least 60 minutes a day has proven to be a great way to exercise your brain. Being active gives your body and mind a chance to have some fun and enjoy life. It helps relieve stress, furthermore, prepping your mind to learn about more thing later.

Personal Gains

Exercising, or just being active in general, boosts confidence. You're always doing something, you're being productive, which makes you feel better because you are contributing to something. When you're being active, every part of your body is engaged to the activity that you are currently doing, and it makes it fun!

Fun Activities

Here are some things that you can do to keep yourself active:

  • Walk your dog 2 miles
  • Play Dodge ball
  • Go bicycling
  • Swimming
  • Flag Football
  • Baseball
  • Basketball
And for the more serious people you can also:
  • Jump rope
  • Participate in Boxing, Karate, any Self Defense Classes
  • Lift Weights
Remember, the most important thing is that you're having fun! Because if you aren't enjoying yourself, then aren't living.
