We were floored by the tremendous level of school spirit during last week's fall Spirit Week! While all of the classes wowed us with their participation, the SENIOR CLASS took the title of Most Spirited, with the highest number of participants throughout the week-long events and the most Cardinal pride during Friday's pep rallies! Thank you to all of those who sent in pictures from the week...below are just a handful of our favorites:

Attention Underclassmen Parents

Project Graduation is a series of events designed to provide Lawrence High Schools seniors with safe, drug- and alcohol-free ways to celebrate their accomplishments at the most exciting time in their lives. Since 1989, the parents of LHS students and the Lawrence Township community have sponsored Project Graduation.

In addition to hosting an all-night party for graduating seniors, Project Graduation provides breakfast to the seniors on the morning of prom and hosts the Mr. LHS contest.

We are in need of a Committee Chair for our Entertainment Committee and a Committee Chair for our Corporate Fundraising in addition to volunteers to work on various committees throughout the year.

Please don’t wait for your student to become a senior to help out! If you are interested in becoming a volunteer please contact Mary Ann O’Brien at merryanno2@aol.com.

Let’s keep this tradition alive for another 20+ years! Please visit us at: https://lhsprojectgraduation.org/

Laugh Lines

Q: Why do golfers wear two pairs of pants?

A: In case they get a hole in one!

Submitted by Mrs. Martillotti

bon mot [BON MOH]

noun: a witty remark or comment; clever saying; witticism.

Did You Know...?

If you start counting at one and spell out the numbers as you go, you won't use the letter "A" until you reach 1,000.
