The Respiratory System
by Jaden Mobley 8-B
How it works:
- The air enters through your mouth/nose into your trachea connected to your lungs where there are branches in your lungs called bronchi.
- Those divide into smaller branches called bronchiles. Then the bronchiloes end up in microscopic clusters call alveolis. Here the oxygen is absorbed intoa the blood.
- Carbon dioxide travels from the blood back through the system to be exhaled.
