What is klinefelter syndrome? Klinefelter syndrome is the presence of an extra X chromosome in a male XXY. Klinefelter was discovered by Dr.Klinefelter in 1942. What are the symptoms of klinefelter, it causes infertility, large breasts, taller,broader hips, weaker bones and a lower energy level. It also raises the possibility of getting cancer vein disease and emphysema. klinefelter disease is rare and occurs in 1 in 50,000 males. This is some examples of what klinefelter syndrome does to a person.
