Last Week of School Calendar of Events
On Tuesday, May 19th, pickup will be available for the following items: PTSO Fun Run prizes for winning classrooms, Spring Pictures proofs and ordered packages, Gator Excellence Award certificates (Golden Scholar, Inspired Performance and Leadership), third quarter Character Award certificates and any remaining student belongings. During this time we will also be taking in student Chromebooks, school-loaned instruments and library books.
Families are asked to arrive at Greenfield according to the schedule below in an attempt to alleviate traffic congestion. Remember to please keep all passengers inside your vehicle to maintain appropriate social distancing. No bikes or walkers, please.
- Arrive 9:00: Students last names beginning with A - B
- Arrive 9:20: Students last names beginning with C - E
- Arrive 9:40: Students last names beginning with F - G
- Arrive 10:00: Students last names beginning with H - L
- Arrive 10:20: Students last names beginning with M - O
- Arrive 10:40: Students last names beginning with P - S
- Arrive 11:00: Students last names beginning with T - Z
Wednesday, May 20th, 9:00 - 10:30: Drop off student Chromebooks (Please note that you may still return school-loaned instruments and library books during this time.)
Thursday, May 21st, 8:30 - 9:00: 6th Grade 'Clap-out'
Thursday, May 21st, 9:00 -10:00: Reverse Parade for Preschool through 5th Grade

Certificates will be handed out on Tuesday, May 19th as noted in the calendar of events.
Golden Scholars
To receive the distinction of being named a Gilbert Golden Scholar, students (grades 4-6) must meet the following criteria:
- Students must have received no more than one B or one overall score of 2 in all core subject areas within the first three grading periods. Core subjects include: reading, written language, math, science/health, and social studies. Special areas are not included.
- ALP students shall meet the same criteria as stated above, although ALP grades are weighted so that a B equals an A for Gator Excellence Night.
- Students must have earned a 3 or 2 in all self-management skills.
- Students must be working at or above grade level in all subject areas.
Inspired Performance
A select number of students (grades 4-6) have been chosen to be honored for their tenacity and accomplishments throughout the school year.
