The boys basketball teams will play their last game at our campus on Tuesday, February 21, 2023, at 4:30 PM. The cost for students to attend is $5 if arriving with a parent before 4:00 PM. Otherwise, the cost is $10. You can click this link to prepay. If you pay at the door, you must pay with a credit card.

NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED.

The girls soccer team will play the Championship Game against Franklin Academy Boynton Beach on Thursday, February 23, 2023 at Trinity school on Military Trail, PBG at 4:00 PM. Trinity School is charging $2 at the door (no pre-purchase).

THIRD GRADE PARENT INFORMATION NIGHT: THIRD-GRADE PROMOTION CRITERIA

MYP PE UNIFORM REMINDER

Per the Parent/Student Handbook, Franklin Academy PE Uniforms are required to be worn during PE for MYP scholars.

Students are to change into their uniform prior to the start of PE class.

Starting Tuesday, February 21, 2023, scholars who are not wearing the Franklin PE uniform will be considered not dressed for participating. This status will mean your scholar is unable to participate in PE and a will receive a zero for that day.

If you ordered a PE uniform, you can provide proof that your scholar's uniform has been purchase, and your scholar will then be allowed to participate in PE with appropriate alternative clothing (no leggings, spandex shorts or sleeveless shirts) until the Franklin uniform arrives.

ELECTRONIC DEVICES

Cell phones must be turned off and in backpacks at all times while scholars are on campus. In addition, smartwatches are not permitted to be worn during school hours. They must be left in backpacks while on campus.

COLD WEATHER ATTIRE

Non-Franklin outerwear is NOT permitted to be worn unless the temperature is 40 degrees or below. Scholars ARE permitted to wear a white or navy long sleeve shirt under their uniform shirt. Black or navy leggings are also permitted to be worn under uniform skirts.

CONDUCT SCORES

Each week, your K-8 scholar will receive a weekly conduct score to open the line of communication between home and school. This information will help you have meaningful conversations with your scholar and their teacher about their conduct. Conduct scores do NOT carry a grade weight or any value toward final grade calculations.

Conduct scores can be viewed in PowerSchool after 5PM on Fridays!

Here is where to view your scholar's conduct score(s):

Grades K-3: Log into PowerSchool and click on Homeroom for Q3.

Grades 4-8: Log into PowerSchool and click on each class for Q3.
