Based on the National Educational Technology Standards for Teachers (NETS-T) and the “Classroom Instruction that Works” (McREL) framework, 21things4teachers helps educators make connections between technology tools and best practice instructional strategies.
What Will We Learn?
If you are excited about learning to use more technology in the classroom with your students, then sign up for 21Things4Teachers First 7 Things. This course offers Basics, Cloud Initiation, Collaboration, Productivity, Legal and Fair Issues, Professional Learning Networks and Emerging Technologies.

Blended Course for Your Convenience
The course will meet once face-to-face, starting March 1 at 4 p.m. at the Saginaw ISD RESC Building ITV Room. The rest of the course will be taken online using the 21Things4Teachers website and Google Classroom. All work will be submitted online. There are 30 SCECH's available for the course upon completion.
How Long Does this Course Run?
The course begins with a face-to-face kickoff on March 1 2016, at 4 p.m. SISD RESC Building 6235 Gratiot Saginaw 48638. All work after that is to be conducted online. We will be completed by April 30, 2016.
COST
There is no cost for this course or the SCECH's. This course is a service provided by your REMC 9.
