Principal's Message
As we head farther into November I am so proud of the progress our students are making. This is the time of year where we like to step back and let our students shine. We want to see what they can do on their own! If you're supporting a learner at home, we recommend doing the same. As much as possible, we want to let our students try things independently so they can continue to grow and learn. Letting students work without giving help or answers lets us get an accurate picture of what our kids can do, and gives us really important information on what they need. At Ashbrook we try hard to cultivate a Growth Mindset where students know that it is OK to make mistakes.
