Big Events at Twinkle Time

David Price Featured as Guest Star

David Price, who works with the special education division of LDNW, spent time with Twinkle Time last week. Twinkle Time is the resource for the littlest kids in our COS to connect with each other and adults.

Mr. Price said the most rewarding part of the exercise was to bond with the kids, whom none of us have seen in person in nearly a year. He appreciated not having to instruct, but instead could connect with them through a reading a story.

This time, the name of the book was I Like Myself by Karen Beaumont. The chief theme of the book is to remind students to be happy with who they are.

"Their enthusiasm makes me happy," he said.
