MGM Counseling Department
*Random Acts of Kindness Week* February 11-15
MGM Gator Counselors are hosting the "Caught Being Kind" Challenge. The way the challenge works is students and staff can nominate anyone they "caught being kind". A winner (1 student and 1 staff person) will be chosen each day and will be announced on the morning announcements!
The nominations box will be located in the Counseling Center. Stop by in between class, during lunch, or before and after school to nominate anyone you “Caught Being Kind!”
Here are some random acts of kindness to get you started if you need some ideas J:
1. Hold the door open for someone.
2. Do a chore for someone without them knowing.
3. Tell a joke.
4. Leave happy notes around town.
5. Call your grandparents and ask them about their childhood.
6. Pick up litter.
7. Let someone go ahead of you in line.
8. Compliment a friend.
9. Wash someone’s car.
10. Write a thank you note for your mail carrier.
