News from our School Counselor Claire Caldwell
As adults, one of the best things we can do to build resilience in our children is to allow them to experience natural consequences for their actions. They provide powerful learning experiences. Telling children that it’s not their fault when it is, keeps them from learning how to make different choices in the future. Show support when mistakes are made by saying “It will be okay. Next time you’ll know exactly what to do.” It’s all about empowering them to learn, grow, and become stronger.

Message from our wonderful Librarian
Parents,
All student's books need to be returned this week. No more books will be checked out to students this school year. However, we will be having summer library again this summer. It begins June 21 and goes through July. More information will be coming in next weeks Sand-O-Gram.
Please be aware that all books that have not been returned by May 20th will be marked as lost and a fine will be assessed.
Thank you for your help in getting all of our library books returned.
