Nutshell
by Ian McEwan
THE PLOT
Trudy has betrayed her husband, John. She's still in the marital home – a dilapidated, priceless London townhouse – but not with John. Instead, she's with his brother, the profoundly banal Claude, and the two of them have a plan. But there is a witness to their plot: the inquisitive, nine-month-old resident of Trudy's womb.

IMPRESSIONS
An amusing dark comedy
This is the book I'm reading at the moment. I haven't written much about the plot or the characters as I've only started reading it recently, but I'm finding it very amusing and creative. It is most unusual and full of black humour, I'll tell you more about it when I've finished it.
