Field Trip!

A field trip to the Chickasaw Nation Annual Meeting and Festival has been approved!
Madill JOM students have been registered for guided educational tours. Tours have been scheduled on three different days and students will go on a designated day according to their grade level.

Pre-K, Kindergarten, and 1st - October 5 - Noon - 2:30 p.m.

2nd, 3rd, and 4th - October 4 - 9:00 - 11:30 a.m.

5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th - October 5 - 9:00 - 11:30 a.m.

9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th - October 6 - 9:00 - 11:30 a.m.

Chaperones are required for this field trip. The number of students in each group makes it necessary to have seven chaperones for each trip. If you are able to chaperone, please contact Kristi Birdsong at 580-795-3303 option 2 or

JOM Parent Committee Election

The JOM program is dependent on parent participation and one way to participate is to serve on the parent committee. Elections for all five committee members will be held at the October 5 meeting.

Required Information

The JOM program requires proof of the student's tribal membership or citizenship in order for students to receive JOM services. If you have not already provided a copy of your child's tribal membership card or tribal citizenship card or certificate, please do so by October 1.
