Mrs. Zailik has been our Main Office Head Secretary for the last 11 years. She has worked at High School North for the last 22 years. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, kayaking, and going to the beach. Her favorite thing about our school is the students, who keep her young.

Congratulations to our Girl's Soccer and Boy's Soccer teams on winning the South Jersey Group Four Sectional Championship last week. Best of luck to both teams as they move to the Group Four Semi-final today (Boy's at Freehold) and tomorrow (Girl's home against Freehold)

Congratulations to our football team on their 48-7 victory over Edison High School last Friday evening. They now advance to the South Jersey Group Five title game against Kingsway High School. The game will be held this Friday evening at 7pm right here on Gernerd Field. The game will stream on our YouTube channel (TRSTV). Streaming will begin just before 7pm.

This program is designed to address the habits of success with all Mariners. During an extended home room, one Friday per month, we will address each positive habit and share our ideas. Students discussed how their individual views fit with those around them and the role social media plays in our views. A video was shown and discussion questions followed. We will continue this program next month with the theme: Be Present.

We've extended the lending period of books from three weeks to one month; your child can reach out to me via email (kivarson@trschools.com) to renew books he/she hasn't yet finished.

Chromebooks: please charge those Chromebooks overnight! While we do have a limited number of emergency loaner Chromebooks, those emergency loaners aren't covered by the Chromebook insurance. The replacement fee for a Chromebook is $225; the cost to replace a screen is $50. You will receive an email if your child has not returned an emergency loaner Chromebook.

AS YOU APPLY TO COLLEGES:

The Guidance Department must have the following:

1) A yellow TRANSCRIPT RELEASE FORM, from every senior student, so the Guidance Department can send your documents to your college applications.

2) A GREEN SHEET-College Checklist for EVERY SINGLE college you apply to.

Without these items your college applications may be delayed and deadlines may be missed.
