Library Media Center Update

There are some important library dates coming up with end of year so near. Student library books will be due on Monday, May 9th. If for some reason a student loses a book, he/she is responsible for paying to replace the book. The following day on Tuesday, May 10th the students that participated in the Secret Society of Readers and Award Readers Club will be honored at a luncheon in the library for their hard work. Pizza topping preference sheets will be sent to those students soon. Lastly, our current fifth graders have an opportunity to participate in the Summer Book Checkout where students can checkout a bag of books to read over summer break. An information letter with permission form was sent home last week. It is an awesome opportunity for students! Make sure to get the permission form in. To see specifics about summer reading, visit egreaders.weebly.com/summer-reading.html. If you have any questions about anything mentioned, please contact Mrs. Poland at heather.poland@raypec.org.
