We will be filming the Class of 2021 receiving their diploma covers during the week of May 10th:

Monday, May 10, 2021, 3-6 pm (Last names A-D)

Tuesday, May 11, 2021, 3-6 pm (Last names E-Mc)

Wednesday, May 12, 2021, 3-6 pm (Last names Mi-Wh)

Thursday, May 13, 2021, 3-6 pm (Last names Wi-Y and makeups)

All time slots are by appointment only and the information was mailed to families.

Please give the school a call if you need your child's appointment time. We are asking families to arrive 15 minutes before the appointment time to allow for parking and check-in.

The appointments are in alphabetical order, so the final recording will be in the same order. If a student misses their appointment time or is unable to come on the assigned day, we will record the student on the last day of appointments.

Our goal is to make the recording of students receiving their diplomas feel like it would during a ceremony before the pandemic. We will have several staging areas and backdrops where families can take pictures before and after students receive their diploma cover.

We will allow up to five family members to come into the building to view their graduate being recorded receiving their diploma. Everyone must wear a mask at all times.

We will also have a professional photographer taking pictures during graduation recording days. There is no cost and students will receive pictures with their diplomas on May 27th.
