EAJ Parent Night and Health Fair
Tuesday, May 13th from 6-8:30 p.m.
Join us to discuss safe social media practices and substance abuse issues
Parents will be provided resources to help their children create a positive online reputation and avoid negative situations. Casey Schaub, an instructional technologist for the Genesee Intermediate School District, will be presenting as well as representatives from Michigan State law enforcement and the Genesee County Assistant Prosecuting Attorneys Office.
The event also will feature Mother's Day gift packages, a light meal and a presentation by the Power of 100 students, an anti-bullying group that focuses on spreading kindness in EAJ and the surrounding community. Child care also will be available.
A prescription drug drop-off booth will be available at the health fair, allowing families to have a safe place to dispose of their expired or unused prescription drugs.
Parents are invited to stop by the health fair and parent night, which both take place from 6-8:30 p.m.
