Evaluation of Professional Development
- Write 2-3 observations on a post it.
- At the signal, stand up & walk around the room.
- At the next signal, pair with the person closest to you & share your observations with each other.
- At the next signal, find a new partner & share your observations with each other.
- Return to your seat.

Decide who is Partner A & who is Partner B.
Partner A has 45 seconds to share their thoughts, then Partner B has 45 seconds.
Partner A has 30 seconds, then Partner B has 30 seconds.
