Kudos Cougars
From Mr. Gillingham to Mrs. Lathrom:
The ridiculous amount of help you gave for the wrestling team's Coug Night. We could not have done it without you!
From Mr. Gillingham to Mrs. Williams, Mrs. Ovechka and Mrs. Gillingham:
Kim and Stephanie, without your patience, understanding, and care, I would be one lost science teacher! And Melanie, among so many other things, I can't imagine coaching wrestling without you having my back.
From Mr. Reid to Mr. Danny:
Kudos for always supporting students and staff. I appreciate your hard work and dedication to support the social emotional behavioral needs of our students and effectively communicating with staff.
From Mr. Reid to Mrs. Williams:
Kudos for putting together and facilitating a protocol to implement a practical way to ensure we are connecting with ALL kids!!! I'm excited to continue this work with our instructional paras on Wednesday!
From Mr. Reid to All Staff:
Kudos for actively engaging in our PD Friday. It is evident that we all work to increase expected behaviors and decrease unexpected behaviors. Thank you for thinking about an equitable plan to give out Cougar Cash to reinforce such expected behaviors. Thank you for realizing ALL kids must have access to this incentive program.
From Mr. Melchert to Ms. Ellis:
She has built some really neat bonds with students we share. She cares so much for those kids. I appreciate the conversations we share about how best to fit their needs. Thank you!
