On Nov 11, we welcomed veterans and current military members to our school. We are so thankful for the sacrifice, courage and service of these men and women. It was our privilege to honor them and to help our students understand the importance of Veterans Day. Lake Cable Elementary is proud to be a Purple Star school. The Purple Star Award recognizes schools that show a major commitment to students and families connected to our nation’s military. Student Grades in the Home Access Center (HAC)

Nov 18 is the midpoint of the 2nd grading period. Parents can view their children's grades in the Home Access Center (HAC). If you have not created a HAC account, please use these directions to create one. If you have already created an account, but you are unsure of your login credentials, please click the "Forgot My Username or Password" link in the HAC.

Thanksgiving Break

We will have Thanksgiving Break from Wednesday, November 23 - Monday, November 28. Enjoy your time with your family, and we will see everyone back at school on Tuesday, November 29.

2022 RiverTree Jackson Thanksgiving Meal Request

If interested in requesting a Thanksgiving meal kit at RiverTree Jackson, please fill out this Google Form. Please plan on picking up your kit on November 21 between 5-8 pm. The process will take about 30 minutes and will be at RiverTree Jackson at 7373 Portage St NW Massillon, Ohio 44646.

Project Retread

Please click on the link for information on Project Retread. In the past 7 years, Jackson Local Schools has collected and distributed over 1800 pair of shoes. Project Retread collections will run from October 26 - November 18, 2022.
