PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE

Kia ora Families

Welcome to back to school!

We have a busy sporting term ahead with four sports on offer - miniball, hockey, netball, and tag football.

We have children from all year levels participating this term. There are 15 teams in total, and one hundred children playing (a third of the school). This is a record amount of children participating in after school sport... awesome!

Have a wonderful weekend Whanau!

Nga mihi,

Steve

Congratulations Mrs Woolf!

Mrs Woolf was nominated by several staff members and has won 'The Hits Hawkes Bay - Office Mum' Competition.

Mrs Woolf is our amazing office administrator who does a fabulous job of looking after us all. Congratulations Mal!

Lunch TIme Games

I was on the field yesterday at lunchtime and came across a game of Rippa Rugby that a large group of boys organised.

I was impressed by how well the boys organised themselves and managed to play the game without a ref and without any disagreements! Congratulations boys!

Room 5's Trip to the airport

Children in Room 5 are studying 'flight' this term.

Today they visited Hawkes Bay Airport where they received a guided tour around the Fire Department and Air Ambulance Service.

The visit was AMAZING!

A huge thanks to Damian Corbett, one of our Dads, for inviting us and showing us around!
