Each workshop runs from 9:30 to noon at 231 E 2100 S, ste 100 |SLC, UT. This workshop is part education and the rest is movement. Bring a yoga mat and wear exercise clothes. Nursing babies are welcome.

Your Instructor

Susan McLaughlin is a physical therapist, a pelvic health therapist and the owner of ALIGN Integration and Movement.
