Thursday February 18th: Two individuals needed to help assemble the Auction Preview Packet. You will meet in the Victorian Farmhouse basement immediately following drop off.

Monday February 22 & Tuesday February 23: 3-5 individuals needed to help with various auction preparations. Team will meet in the Victorian Farmhouse basement immediately following drop off.

Family Donated Items

Just a friendly reminder that if your family or business has donated an item for the Silent Auction, we are requesting that those items be dropped off at the Victorian Farmhouse by next Tuesday, February 16 by the end of day.

We have never been to the Gala, what can we expect?

A great evening of fun, food and friends! The evening begins with Cocktails for A Cause. This hour offers a number of opportunities at all giving levels to show support for the school! Start the evening off with a quick $15 donation and receive the evening specialty drink! Please note: The Silent Auction will begin closing at 7:05pm with dinner beginning around 7:30pm. Dinner, the live auction and entertainment will follow. The evening will wrap up between 10:00-10:30pm. Host beer and wine will be available throughout the evening with cash (only) bar available for cocktails.

Are we going to get a chance to preview auction items before the Gala?

As you know, each week we are highlighting a different classroom project. Between now and the Gala, all classrooms projects (both live and silent) will be featured. Be sure to check your child's school bag on Friday the 19th for the Auction Preview Packet. The packet will contain a brief description of each silent auction item, along with pictures of each classroom item available.
