Ebinport Eagle Eye Faculty News
December 4-9
Thank You!
Thank you all for lending a helping hand in our absence last week. I know the additional strain this placed on the front office and classrooms. I appreciate you all working together to keep Ebinport running like well oiled machine. I have heard many stories of how you stepped up for each other taking in children from other classrooms, contacting parents, and even sending me pictures and texts so that I could work from home as much as possible.
Wilkes started early Wednesday morning with a stomach virus he ended the week with a sinus infection and bronchitis (which I am sure he got from me). It is important that we put our families first and take care of ourselves so that we can give the children we serve the attention they deserve.
In my absence I missed several school events that meant others had to step up and take the lead. I want to say thank you to those who supported Terrific Kid on Friday. I also want to thank Melinda Reid for leading the faculty on Thursday afternoon and during the Arbor Day Celebration on Friday. Also, a huge thank you to Jo Ann, Kim and Rhonda Cranford for everything they do in the front office. Being down just one person up front is difficult, being down 2 people is exhausting .I am sure there are so many more people that I need to thank for helping out last week. I appreciate that you all have my back and support each other! Thank you so much!

Letters of Intent
It is the intention of the personnel department to have letters of intent for the 2017-2018 school year out prior to us leaving for winter break. Please think through this prior to signing. While I know next school year seems like a long time from now, it is imperative as we enter next school year that we have accurately identified staffing needs for the purposes of recruitment. If you are not coming back next year and you know this now, please complete your letter of intent indicating your decision. If you would like to have a discussion with me prior to completing this, I am always happy to meet with you!
Class Schedules
I have noticed that some schedules outside classrooms do not accurately reflect your current class schedule. Please update these before leaving this week with your current class schedule.
