Kirk Fenton News
19th July 2019
Dear Parents / Carers,
Well we have reached the end of another school year. How did that happen so quickly? What a year it has been! The children and staff have achieved such a lot and have taken part in so many different events and it has been amazing to watch them all grow.
I would like to take the opportunity to thank our whole school community for their support for our children but especially the Friends of Kirk Fenton who have worked so hard to provide us with a super outdoor area and now new reading books (and hopefully a new library!) for September. On behalf of myself and all the staff can I also thank you for all the end of term gifts and cards that you have kindly given us.
In September we will be introducing our vision for the school going forward and what it means for our pupils, but in the meantime enjoy a peaceful break and come back refreshed on Tuesday 3rd September.

What a year!
We’ve had a whirlwind year. £14,736 raised. Many fun events organised and some great resources and experiences provided for the children. Once again thank you to everyone who has been involved, we couldn’t have done it without you. As a committee we are always blown away by the generous offers we get of donations and time.
Enjoy your summer and we look forward to seeing you all again next year. In fact, we’re already planning an informal drop-in evening (venue tbc) with nibbles for anyone who wants to find out more about what we do – save the date: Thursday 26th Sept
For any updates over the summer, please follow us on Facebook.
