What are Wolves?
Wolves are the largest type of dog. Wolves are in the canine family. They can grow from 40 to 65 inches in length from the end of its tail to the tip of its nose. They have thick fur coats for cold weather. Wolves have large fangs and a coat of sulfer. Wolves are four limbed, meat eating dogs. Wolves eat deer meat and any other kind of wild animal meat they find. Wolves aren't to important but they eat animals that may harm humans. Wolves howl when a near by wolf starts a howl or to communicate to each other.
Wolves have Attacked!
Many people fear wolves. They aren't aggressive unless they are fighting animals for food or a person to defend theirselves. Wolves are known in many stories such as "Little Red Ridding Hood" and "The Three Little Pigs" and also "The Boy Who Cried Wolf". Wolves rarely attack humans. They only attack humans if they are starving and can't find food fast or they feel that they or their pack and cubs are about to get attacked.
