Pickup Process--Put your child(ren)'s first and last name, teachers' names and grade level on a sheet of paper (easy to read and see.) You can use your pickup card if you like if it has that info on it. Pull through the car line, give the teacher the sheet of paper and the packets, materials, computers or medication will be retrieved for you. Do not park and walk into the school. Just pull through the car line.
Will pickup lines be open at any other times tomorrow during the day? Pickup lines will be closed from 9:00-11:00 and 1:00-4:00.
Can someone else pick up my child's packet? You can pick up packets for your children or friends' children as well. We just need their first and last names, teachers' names and grade level on a paper.
What if I can't come tomorrow during the day? We will place all packets in plastic bins outside our Caswell main entrance tomorrow evening from 6:00-8:00 PM and first thing on Thursday morning from 7:30 AM-10:00 AM.
How do I get my child's medication? Come to the Caswell Entrance.
What if my child needs something essential (i.e. a textbook or computer or jacket) from his/her cubby or locker? Have your child come to the main office and he/she will be taken to retrieve that item.
Thanks for your help in this process. Please read the above information carefully so we can expedite this process for all our students.
