Students also have science homework. They need to make sure they have completed reading chapter 1, with highlighting and answering in-text questions. They have 4 worksheets with the chapter that can be used on the test next week.
Field trip papers need to be given to Mrs. Miller
Looking Ahead
American History (Mr. Engel) -
Next week we are going to discuss the War of 1812.
Monday we will talk about the factors that led to the war.
Tuesday we will learn about the Battle of New Orleans and Washington DC getting burned to the ground.
Wednesday we are doing a project in class discussing the War of 1812 and the conflict on the frontier with Native Americans.
Thursday we will be making cards for veterans while also watching a documentary about organizations by veterans our to support their fellow vets.

Chapter 1 test Wednesday
Math (Ms. Elliott)-
Finding the Area of Irregular Shapes. Students will get information about a project about irregular shapes on Monday. The project will be on Thursday (which is the end of the six weeks). It is very important that students get it turned in on Thursday because it will not be accepted after Thursday.
Students are encouraged to come in before or after school for extra help.
*NOTE* ALL students were given a morning pass on the BACK of their bathroom passes. IF students have misplaced this please ask Mrs. Miller for a substitute morning pass.

Test Wednesday - Corrections on Thursday. This will go on 2nd six-weeks grading period.
