A patent lawyer protects the property rights of an inventor for his or hers original design. They keep the inventors invention from being remade and taking credit for it.

Education and Skills

The person needs seven years of full-time study, four years of undergraduate study, followed by three years of law school. The person must receive the degree of Juris Doctor (J.D.) when they have finished law school and must have a bachelors degree in science.
