About the Workshop

Qi Gong literally means “breath exercises” and is an integral part of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Chinese martial arts and spirituality. The driving force behind its creation was the search for health and longevity. The 18 Active Form of therapeutic Qi Gong is a dynamic way to balance the body, benefit the energy or Qi, focus the mind and engage the spirit. Regular practice of these exercises will strengthen muscles and tendons, increase flexibility and stability, promote healthy internal organ function, and relieve stress.

Class Information

The workshop will take place on Saturday, April 1st, from 2-5pm

and Sunday, April 2nd, from 1-4pm

Students will receive a certificate of completion and 6 CEUS where applicable.

Tuition

$250, including course booklet; $200 if registered by 3/15
