Shady Creek Outdoor School Trip for 5th Graders
Shady Creek Science Camp is a four-day overnight trip in which 5th grade students from our school, Carlin C. Coppin, and Sheridan participate in a valuable outdoor educational experience. The trip will take place Tuesday, October 30th through Friday, November 2nd, 2018. This is normally a $250 per student trip, but, thanks to a county FitQuest grant, our students will be able to go for free! Information packets will be coming home on Monday.

Parents play a vital role in helping to fundraise, plan school functions, and guide the direction of our school. We are currently looking for folks interested in serving on our board as well as just community members willing to attend our meetings and share input. Click on this link to read over our informational flyer, and please contact Lisa Chandra at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have an interest in becoming part of our PTC board. We will be having monthly board meetings beginning in late September, so stay tuned for more information in the coming weeks!
