Regardless of your exercise mindset, the best use of one hour of your time is physical activity. Nobody ever regrets doing exercise. It improves every facet of your life - from your butt to your brain!

EVERY TUESDAY EVENING @ 7:15pm

Come and join me for a group training session each week! $10 per person and you will certainly be getting your sweat on whilst building muscle, losing fat and getting fitter!
