EVERY TUESDAY EVENING @ 7:15pm
Come and join me for a group training session each week! $10 per person and you will certainly be getting your sweat on whilst building muscle, losing fat and getting fitter!

Beginning on Tuesday 14th May @ 6:45pm Just a quick half hour - this will be a thorough all over body workout! You'll be surprised how many calories you can burn in a short workout!
TEEN SESSION
A group session for teenagers to help them master the correct technique with simple bodyweight exercises that will increase their strength and fitness!
Each week it's different and challenging!
