The school year calendar identifies student instructional days, staff development days and holidays throughout the course of each school year. The calendar development process continues to be dynamic and considers the interests and input from various stakeholders.

Nature Abound! Outdoor School 2019 to Be Held at Camp Ramah
Acacia Magnet School Hosts Day of Service Activity in Honor of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
More than ten CVUSD schools were represented and over 50 volunteers came together on Monday, January 21 for a "Day of Service," and giving back in honor of Dr. King. These volunteers made approximately 120 bagged lunches for those in need. Each bagged lunch included a positive message. This philanthropic effort was part of the #HashtagLunchbag movement. Way to go students and community volunteers for taking the time to give back to those in need!
Dinner is served! Child Nutrition provides free meals to CVUSD students
The partnership kicked off this past December and the complimentary meals are comprised of sandwiches, chips, fruit, cookies, and milk.
“We are very proud to have the opportunity to support our students with nutritious meals as they pursue their studies after the traditional school day ends,” said Virginia Beck, CVUSD’s Director of Child Nutrition. Read more

Peer Mentoring strives to make sure every lancer, everyday feels included and empowered.
“We are always trying to improve the campus and make it a more positive place. We wanted to put positive reminders and quotes in a place that is frequently visited by students,” senior peer mentor Maddy Lafayette said.

Neighborhood School Enrollment for New CVUSD Students - Now Available
If you reside within the boundaries of the Conejo Valley Unified School District and your child will be a new CVUSD student beginning in the 2019-2020 school year, you may now enroll at your Neighborhood School.

NEW DATE: Conejo Council PTA's FREE Saving Hearts Cardiac Screening Event
Pre-registration is required, and may be completed online at: https://www.savingheartsfoundation.com/REGISTER-FOR-SCREENING/
These screenings consist of a 3 step process:
-Preliminary health history questionnaire
-12-lead EKG
-An echocardiogram if the cardiologists deems it necessary upon reviewing the patient’s health history and EKG
