April showers (hopefully) bring May flowers!

Happy Spring Northwood Middle School:

Not only are we rounding the corner into Spring, but we are headed into the final quarter of 2021-22 school year. We're excited for a strong finish to this very unique school year and look forward to our continuing work with Northwood families.

Even though the weather is changing, our rules and expectations have not. Just a reminder, student cell phones must be off and put away from 7:25-2:35. As the weather gets warmer, please remember that we Dress for Success at Northwood Middle School. Have your student check the mirror before leaving home to be sure that their clothing is in accordance with our Dress for Success motto.

Spruce Up Your Yard and Help Our 7th Grade Raise Money!

Take a paper copy of the above voucher to Schuster's Greenhouse between April 15th and May 31st and they will donate 20% of your purchase to our 7th grade.

If your student is a car rider, please read the following important information about drop off & pick up:

  • drop off & pick up only on the elementary side of the building (yellow awning)
  • students may only cross the parking lot using the crosswalks; this is for the safety of your student so please remind them of this rule
  • follow the clockwise traffic direction around campus no matter what entrance you use; counterclockwise traffic causes backups and is a risk to student safety
  • remind your student to follow all directions of staff supervising drop off & pick up

We ask that you remember that our building staff is outside during these times to ensure the safety of your students. Please be patient and extend to them kindness & respect.
