Principal's Pen
Good morning! We are well into our Lenten journey. I pray that this is a fruitful Lenten Season for you and your families. This Lent I am trying to teach my children more about the saints. I love listening to the podcast Saint Stories for Kids, and the newest episode was really uplifting. It is a story from the life of St. John Joseph of the Cross. He was a very humble man, always seeking to be unnoticed. His feast day was March 5th. I have included the podcast at the end of this newsletter. I think you will enjoy it!
Re-enrollment begins tomorrow with our Open House. I hope you and your family are able to join us sometime between 5:30 pm and 7:00 pm. You will have the opportunity to enroll and visit the classrooms and teachers. We will even have pizza! For those families who cannot make the event, we will have online enrollment. Below you will find the link to a google form. If you are unable to attend the open house just click on that link to fill out the form to complete the re-enrollment process.

It's important that our families re-enroll first, especially in our preschool and pre-kindergarten room where we have limited space. To enroll during enrollment night, families fill out the tuition contract and pay a $50 enrollment fee. After this week we will begin enrolling new families. Families with students in the preschool/pre-kindergarten as well as K-8 receive a $500 early education credit. If a family has more than one student in Mrs. Gauthier's classes they also receive a $500 credit.
Financial aid is available to families with children in kindergarten through eighth grade. Families apply for financial aid through FACTS, our online tuition platform. I am attaching the document describing how to apply for financial aid. Please complete your financial aid application by March 31, 2022. The financial aid committee meets in April, and we would like to have financial aid awarded by April 30th. Please call the office if you have any questions.
Our Caught Being a Christian Award this week goes to Leah Span. She started a compliment box for the whole class to use. She was practicing the virtue of magnanimity. Great job, Leah!
God bless,
