Frontline (AESOP) Update
Frontline, the system we use for Aesop and Applictrack, is being updated to keep up with the latest cybersecurity protocols. ALL administrators, employees, and substitutes will be required to take action as a result of the update. Timeline of events:
· Friday, November 8th: Jennie Thompson from CIESC will send out an informational e-mail to everyone (administrators, employees, and substitutes) explaining the update and required actions. Attached is a copy of the e-mail that will go out.
· Tuesday, November 12th: Frontline will send out an e-mail to everyone (administrators, employees, and substitutes). This e-mail will be the e-mail that everyone will need to take action – create a New Account. I’ve been told it quick and easy. However, everyone needs to follow the directions when they receive the e-mail because the new platform will be live starting Tuesday (previous log-in credentials will no longer work).
Please note that Annette and Jennie will NO LONGER be able to help with forgotten passwords, staff members will have to use a forgot password feature in Frontline (Aesop).
It’s imperative that all staff members know that Frontline e-mail is coming on Tuesday, November 12th (please encourage staff members to look in all mailboxes and not delete the e-mail). The e-mail will required all staff members to take action. Failure to take action on the e-mail will result in future delays when reporting an absence.
