Happy New Year to all of our Trojan families. We were excited to welcome students and staff back to the building on Monday. The building was filled with positive energy and we look forward to what the new year brings. It is always a great day to be a Trojan.

We have a new grade level initiative starting. On Fridays, the grade level that had the least amount of tardies and absences will be congratulated and celebrated. Be sure your students are at school every day, if they are healthy enough to do so, and that they are ready for learning by 8:35am.

Thank you to everyone for the overwhelming response rate on the recent survey asking for feedback on the remote learning day on December 23, 2002. The results of the survey are included for your awareness.

As a reminder, there is no school for students or staff due to the celebration of Martin Luther King, Jr., Day on Monday, January 16th.

The Trojans of the Month for December were chosen by a teacher for displaying the characteristic of 'confidence'. Each winner received a certificate of achievement and a t-shirt. Congratulations to all of our December winners. At the end of January, students will be chosen for displaying the characteristic of 'respect'. Onward, Trojans!
