PHS Art Students acccepted to Fine Arts Camp

Three of our exceptional art students, Caitlyn Close, Madi Gordee, and Nina Wagner, have received the great honor of being accepted to the Missouri Fine Arts Academy this summer. This is a highly competitive organization that only allows roughly 200 students (20 visual artists) in each summer.

More information about the acadamy can be found on the website http://www.missouristate.edu/mfaa.about.htm. You can view Nina's portfolio at

Great job, Tigers. And great job to their teacher, Ms. Wenzel, for the encouragement and pride in her students' work!
