Events and RSVP Feature
With Smore's RSVP feature, you can easily manage the attendance at your event or party. Guests can respond directly through your newsletter and then you can track attendance through the analytics section of your newsletter.
Check out the guide below to learn more about how to create an event and manage RSVPs:
1. Click on the "Event" button to add a new event
2. Add your event information
In the Event window, add:
- Name
- When
- Where
- The event details
- Don't show map
- Collect RSVP's to this event
The guest will also receive an email confirming that they RSVP-ed successfully to your event.
This is how an event appears to your potential attendees:
To RSVP directly through your newsletter, your guest will need to fill out their name and email address and then click "Attend (RSVP)."
Please note: this might look different to you (the author) when you are in the Editor. To preview how your newsletter looks to a visitor, you can click on the "Preview" button once you have saved your newsletter.
Keep track of RSVPs in the Analytics section
1. Click on the "Show Analytics" button in the Editor
The analytic overview for your newsletter will appear on the screen.
2. Click on the "RSVP" tab
