Senior Survey

Seniors - Please check the Schoology course "Class of 2021" to access a Senior Survey regarding graduation. The survey will close tomorrow to get feedback from the Class of 2021

Registration for ALL students for 21-22 school year

Revised Registration dates for the 2021-22 School Year will begin on the following dates:

  • TK-Kindergarten - April 23, 2021
  • All other New and Returning Students - May 7, 2021


All families will be receiving a SNAPCODE via email to register their student for school next year.

Masks

This certainly supports our theory that kids have far less issues with the masks than adults. Kids really are not supposed to wear "gators", so please ask your student to wear a regular two-ply mask. We have extras if they need them.

On behalf of Ms. Flores, we wanted to thank everyone who was able to tune in to our first EVER Virtual Spring Choir Concert last Friday! It was so great being able to share the wonderful music that the choirs have been working so hard on!

NLMAA Scholarships

The Norwalk-La Mirada Administrators Association is pleased to announce that applications for NLMAA Scholarships will be accepted now through Sunday, May 14 , 2021.

If you know a 2021 graduating student within the Norwalk-La Mirada Unified School District (i.e. NLM Adult School, El Camino High School, John Glenn High School/Southeast Academy, La Mirada High School, or Norwalk High School), please forward this information to them and encourage them to apply. Interested students may also talk to their school counselor about available NLMAA Scholarship opportunities.

SBAC Testing - Juniors Only

Wednesday May 5, 2021 & Wednesday May 12, 2021 our 11th grade students will be taking the SBAC Test. Please make sure to encourage your student to attend both days. Below is more information and some of the incentives for taking the SBAC Test.

SBAC Testing Incentives


  1. EAP (College Placement Exam is part of the SBAC test
  2. Seal of Biliteracy (SBAC is one of the items required)
  3. English Language Arts (ask your teacher for details)
  4. Math (ask your teacher for details)
