Message from the Principal

GLOW Students & Families,

We had a great week back from Spring Break and are looking forward to the week ahead.

As we prepare students for End of Grade (EOG) and End of Course (EOC) testing, we are also preparing our technology for these online assessments. Part of this preparation requires that we ensure that all Chromebooks are at school, in good working order, and with the most up to date software required for test administration. As a result, all Middle School students will return their Chromebooks and Chargers on Wednesday, April 26, and High School students will return their devices and chargers on Monday, May 8. Students who are still enrolled in online courses will be able to keep their device, if needed, for course completion.

Also, thank you to the 21% of our families who have completed the Intent to Return Survey to let us know if your child will be returning for the 23-24 school year. If you have not yet completed the survey, please do so HERE. This information is vital to our preparations for the 23-24 school year. Once we have 100% of responses collected from families, we will begin instituting "Dress Down Fridays" for students that will continue for the remainder of the school year!

Please read other news and updates from GLOW in the newsletter below...including a night of Family Fun coming up on Tuesday, May 9. We hope all families will join us!

WIshing you all a great week ahead,

Kate B. Tayloe

Principal

βœ… REMINDERS βœ…

INTENT TO RETURN (23-24)

Parents, if you have not already done so, please complete THIS BRIEF SURVEY to let us know if your student to return to GLOW for the 2023-2024 school year. Are you undecided? That's ok...there's an option for that, as well. This survey is VERY BRIEF, but the information you provide is vital to our planning for the upcoming year.

We also know that family's plans and circumstances change over the summer. If you complete the survey and need to make a change, just let us know.

So far, 21% of our families have responded. Once we hit 100% we will begin instituting "Dress Down Fridays" for students to continue for the remainder of the school year!
