Apple - Salad

Ingredients


  • 4 apples, chopped
    juice of 1 lemon
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    8 leaves lettuce, washed and torn into pieces
    1/2 cup pecan nuts, chopped
    low fat salad dressing, to taste


Step 1

Chop the apples in to 4 different pieces, before chopping wash the apple.


Step 2

Now get the apple and sprinkle it with lemon juice. This will prevent it from turning brown.


Step 3

Now place the apples in a bowl.


Step 4

Now once you have put the apples in the bowl, add celery, lettuce, pecan nuts and mix.


Step 5

Now get get some low far salad dressing, for an example Vinaigrette dressing, and fling it on the apple.


Step 6

Enjoy the healthy and delicious, made easily.
