ND Unified Sports
Calling all students that want to connect and engage in our dynamic new sports team...ND UNIFIED SPORTS!! In Semester 2, we will be starting our 2024 Team. In Unified Sports, teams are made up of people of similar age and ability, which makes practices more fun and games more challenging and exciting for all. Having sport in common is just one more way that preconceptions and false ideas are swept away. This year's focus is 3 on 3 basketball, bean bag toss and bocce ball.
-You have availability during Block 3B during Semester 2 either with a spare or a Religion or Leadership (etc) class where your teacher supports you joining once a week from 1:30-2:07 starting in March.
-you are a kind-hearted, caring, and AWESOME person
-you would like to make new friends
-you can attend 2-3 Unified events during a school day (dates TBA)
For more questions, please see Mrs. Snow in Room 1805.

We know your skaters are out there, this is a chance for them to shine and draw some positive attention for their skills! We are coming off of a very successful inaugural event last year and are looking to build on that success this year. Lunch will be provided for the athletes, as well as some goodie bags and a chance at some unreal prizes from our sponsors.
