We can lower our blood pressure by - maintaining a healthy weight, not eating too much salt or drinking too much alcohol, participating in physical activity, and stress management.
This week's lesson points out that stress often leads to unhealthy choices and provides tips to turn down our stress-o-meter.

- Fuel your body with healthy foods and plenty of water
- Get plenty of sleep
- Practice deep breathing and relaxation exercises.
- Unplug from technology.
