Weather Dependent
Most of the activities below are weather-dependent. Please understand that we may have to change events if we expect bad weather.
Dress Up Day - Monday, June 14th
On Monday, dress in your fancy clothes. We will have a green screen to take your pictures and home to your families.
Graduation - Grade 4 - Moving-On Ceremony
THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CHANGED TO TUESDAY AT 9:15 AM DUE TO EXPECTED WEATHER ON MONDAY.
We will have a very quick ceremony. The program will be the following:
- Student Processional
- Quick Introduction from the Principal
- Presentation of Diplomas to all students
- Closing Remarks
- Picture Station
- The ceremony will start on time. I expect it to last about 30 minutes.
Please help us by:
- Be on-time. We will open the parking lot at 1:00 pm for families.
- Bring your own chairs. We only have so many.
- Keep your cohort small. We will not give a number, but please be reasonable with how many people you bring.
- Students will be dismissed with families without an attendance penalty. We encourage you to take your children and celebrate.
Tuesday, June 15th - Color Block Day
Grades are assigned a color to wear for the day.
- Each grade level is assigned a color to wear. The grade with the highest % of participants will get popsicles!
- PreK + All CSA Classes - Blue

- Grade 2 - Yellow
- Grade 3 - Green

Step-Up Day - Tuesday, June 15th
Students will go outside and meet next year's teachers at 1:00 pm on Tuesday. We encourage Zoomies to join us. Although you will not be assigned the actual teacher, you will meet the teachers, learn about the grade, and get your summer packets.
Wednesday, June 16th - Last Day
On the last day of school, it will be an early release day at 12:50 pm. Students will come to school, hang out with their class, and then watch a kickball game. The kickball game will be grade 4 against staff.
Summer School
Summer school is full. We will contact families soon with the details. Almost every targeted student accepted the spot. If you wish to be put on our waiting list please contact me at jmccrevan@lowell.k12.ma.us
COVID Pool Testing
We will continue to COVID pool test on Wednesdays or Thursdays. Our 12th pool test included 90+ students and staff with pools in 14/15 classes. All pools were clear this week.
