Welcome Back!

Sectionals and Full Ensemble Rehearsals Begin!

All students are responsible for checking the website calendar for full ensemble and sectional times on a regular basis.


Schedules are subject to change weekly and "I didn't know" is never a valid reason for missing a sectional or rehearsal. We do our best to keep changes to a minimum, but there are always some unforeseen adjustments that need to be made.

There is a significant amount of money that is currently owed on Band Fees.


Please, please, please take a look at your CHARMS account to see what money is owed and settle your account balance this week.


Directors will be calling home to work out payments this week...we must settle all accounts ASAP!

Chocolate Money is Past Due

Turn in chocolate money ASAP for credit to your CHARMS account!


Any money not turned in by 5:00pm on Friday, December 1st will be charged to student CHARMS accounts and no profit will be credited.

TMEA Region 18 Band Auditions - Phase I

Thursday, Nov. 30th, 4:30-10:30pm

All AEB students are required to be present!


Students who are auditioning will not be working the day of their audition.


We host and run these auditions and need everyone to make it happen! Parents, if you can spend some time helping it would be greatly appreciated!


We host over 600+ students, parents, and directors on this evening.


There is a second day on Saturday...all AEB students are required to be in attendance as well.

Earn Money for Your Band Fees, Trip Payments, and Lessons

Did you know that you can work shifts at the UT Erwin Center to earn money for your fees, trip payments, and lessons? Each shift pays $35 to $75 per person depending on the event and business.


There are always shifts available and we are already needing people to work!
