Update on Linda Wulff
After a three week break from chemo for what Dr. Leming calls ‘chemo fatigue’ and sever shoulder pain—MRI revealed NOT cancer but a tear in the rotator cuff. I was never so happy to have a torn rotator cuff—probably from catching grandchildren jumping off the swimming pier—oops!
Then we got the best news ever! The following PET scan last Monday was clear—no cancer AND therefore Dr. Leming is reducing the number of chemo treatments! I had one on Tuesday and then ONLY one more. October 1st then I will be DONE! Eric and I both have our dancing shoes on!
Still at least a year of immunotherapy but it doesn’t make me sick and it is every three weeks, so not as frequent to the chemo chair.
Pictures are from last week and a hike at the Cincinnati Nature Center. The map said ‘moderately challenging’ but the hills, stairs and terrain were a bit more challenging than we expected—but we did it and the views were beautiful!
