Wolf Howls
A super big Wolf Howl goes out to Bridget from Caroline! Without Bridget's help, there would not have been a program for the NJHS Induction Ceremony. Thank goodness she still had a computer with Publisher on it. She not only updated the look of the program, but typed it up for me, printed it, and folded them all. You're the best Bridget!
Alex gives a burn the midnight oil to Angela for all the long hours she puts in at the schoolhouse. She often takes on the unpopular jobs that draw the most frustration from teachers such as RtI, 504/ SPED documentation, seat time, etc. but she does it always with a smile. She has been an awesome addition to the pack this year. Feels like she's been here for years. Her leadership is second to none and we are fortunate to have her at the Home of the Wolf!
Raquel, Ali, and Camille send thankful HOWLS to Leroy for letting us use the Library and helping out with everything!
Alex gives a leadership howl to all the Lisa Smith, Kristi Wagner, Jennifer Salsbury, Jennifer Hall, and Amber Willis for their leadership this year. You ladies took PLCs to a level we'd not seen before. Your job is hard because you have to manage friends but you did it with the highest level of excellence this year. Thank you, job well done!
Raquel, Ali, and Camille send a thankful HOWL to the cafeteria staff for providing ice and helping out every day of STAAR testing
ALex gives a you deserve more than we can ever pay you howl to Lisa Gallagher for her stern/ nurturing approach to our students that have fallen off the wagon and needs a little help getting back on it. Even if it's making sure they're on time for class via lunch detentions. Your organization is unmatched and your counseling has prevented repeat offenders. Students respect you, fear you, and mostimportantly love you because you never let them feel as if they can't turn it around. You are a valuable part of keeping order at the Home of the Wolf!
Raquel, Ali, and Camille send caring HOWLs to Nurse Flowers, for being an amazing Nurse and for being the best School Nurse ever!
Alex give a behind the scenes MVP award howl to Lisa Grimes for all of her hard work as our Learning Liasion. This is a job that never ends because we personalize every PLC according to the needs of the content. Teachers are the hardest crowd to win (because we're soooo smart of course) but you've transformed these meetings from "oh no it's PLC day to "Yes, it's PLC day". Thank you for being soooo flexible all year long. (Maybe it's the Yoga) :)
Steph Linehan howls for the amazing Beth Petty for letting her borrow some paper plates to teach circles next week!!!
Barbara S. would like to howl at Dianne L. for being an awesome STAAR reliever this go-round and also at Rachel S. for the last round. By FAR the best two relievers I've ever had!
Alex sends a hardest job on the campus howl to Chrissy and Vanessa for their impeccable work with our most fragile Wolves. You ladies don't always get the praise you deserve but know that your service and leadership has served our campus well, so much so that we have waiting list of SPED cases wanting to come to the Pack!
Barbara S. howwwwlllllls at Chris L. for taking on the 8th grade Reading STAAR tutoring. It's a huge job and the students really felt confident going into the test!
Alex gives a loving & supportive howl to Ali, Raquel, and Camille for taking care of the Pack all week long. These ladies found donations, prizes, cooked homemade breakfast tacos, cut up limes, keep the water flowing, took orders, and just overall showed us that the Pack is loved and appreciated!
Alex gives an organized howl to Brendon for all his ultra hard work during STAAR. Having done that job a year ago I know the sleepless nights and dreams of room assignments. Not a fun dream I must add :)
An amazed howl to Brendon Lowe for handling all things related to STAAR. It is not an easy job, and we appreciate all of his hard work! (Angela)
An equally amazed howl to our incredible staff. Thank you all for jumping in and taking care of each other during STAAR. It was all hands on deck, and wow - do you come together! (Angela)
A thankful howl goes to counselors for getting us fed! Ya'll are the best!! (Angela)
A thankful howl goes to the coaching staff for handling students down in the gym during testing and lunch. What a job! (Angela)
Thank you to everyone who has pulled extra duty in the hallways and in the SAC. Thanks for keeping the lid on the boiling pot! (Angela)
